Last Saturday night we took the kids to see the new Harry Potter Movie... Zia is like all other girls her age... she "needed" to go to the bathroom at least a thousand times. I am sure that she didn't even see any part of the movie. But... I was wrong... She has been walking around the house calling Jay a "Muggle". For the 30 seconds that she watched the movie- that's the part that stuck out.

WHAT A YEAR!!.. I don't want to repeat it.....

WOW!! All I can say is WOW!! This has been quite a year.....
A lot has happened...
1. Jay had another accident so we got another punch on our Life-Flight card..
( I think the next one is free..) :)
2. My Wonderful Grandmother Winnie passed away...I am still in mourning..
3. My Sister about died a few times due to a blood clot..
BUT...
There are a few good things that has happened to....
1. Jay was deemed as a MIRACLE- Being that he could walk within 5 weeks after shattering his pelvis!
2. My Sis had a beautiful baby
3. My other Sis is pregnant with her 3rd,, Yea Sarah!
4. We have started building our Shop!! ( Brick is almost done...)
Many more.. So I hope that everyone has had a great year and I hope we all have a BETTER one next year!! I love you all!!

Bailey's 1st lost Tooth!!

Bailey lost a tooth!!! She has been asking us to "feel" how loose her tooth is...

well I decided to "pull" on it and it came out and Bailey had no clue!! She is now my toothless

You know how you get ready in the morning.... we all have our routines. Mine was shower, blow-dry hair, make up, dressed.
It all seemed to be going ok, Jay was brushing his teeth I was getting ready to blow-dry my hair... Then it happened. I guess you really should read the warning label on the hair dryer... OR they should put one one that clearly states:
WARNING::: Do Not Plug In If Your Hands Are Wet!!!
I know it's common sense. DUH!! But apparently I have none.. So I was Electrocuted!! Well I was given a BIG shock!! I flew back a couple of feet and all my dear sweet hubby could do .. Yep, was Laugh. I guess if you think about it, it was pretty funny.. only in retrospect. HA HA HA HA HA!! So even today, 3 days later I still feel a little numb in my hand and arm. So what a weekend I have had!!

Yes.. I am still alive!!

Hey!! I am here... I really am. I know it seems like I have disappeared off the face of the planet, but alas I am still here.
This year has already been crazy!! Time is flying by so fast and now it's almost march. Jay and I were finally able to go on our date... He has been so busy with cabinets- I am surprised that he has found time for me.
We decided to go to the Temple!! Yea!! I guess I sorta fell asleep for a minute, because Jay keeps giving me a hard time- I tell him that's what I get for working graveyard shift. (which I absolutely LOVE!!)
Jay left for the day to install the said cabinets and I was able to spend some Much Needed time with some great Friends!! Thanks Rachel and Theresa for making my day great! We need to do this more often.
My little Bailey is losing her First tooth!! I cannot believe that she is growing up!! Sometime it makes me so sad to see her grow older. She surprises me on the things she Say's. She is no longer my teeny girl.
So that's it in a nutshell (sorta). I love ya all, thanks for being patient with my being me!!

BRAXTON...

Well needless to say, Braxton is my picky eater...he won't eat anything- ever. But I coaxed him into trying potato soup- he ate it, peas,carrots and all.. I am so impressed, I wonder what I can get him to eat next...hmmm....

BAILEY...

Bailey came home from school upset today, I was thinking it was from the bus dropping her off at the wrong spot. But no... She got a new class mate and her name is Bailey also. Bailey proceeds to tell me that "she didn't say it was ok for her to borrow her name". I had to explain that there are many people with the same name and it is ok. She still does not think so. Silly girl..

I had such a great Birthday weekend with my hubby- We had fun !! He gave me the most beautiful roses ever- (white on the outside and red on the inside)
( picture later). Plus a great BR Ice -cream cake....and lots of shopping!!...can't go wrong there!!
I loved the one on one time that we were able to spend together- we don't seem to have a lot of that. Thanks Jay for everything!! I love ya!!

Well it has happened, this day has come as it always has for the last 34 years... My birthday... I can never seem to prolong the days, and I guess I will always be older than my Husband... so you would think that I would be use to it by now, right??? Not.
I think birthdays are great ..
I actually LOVE my birthday!! The cake- fun- shopping-family-friends..etc... Is so much fun, especially because I can do what I want. It's great. I just really hate the getting older part- but I guess I get wiser too. Is that really a fair trade???? I will have to enjoy it while I can.

She is my friend and she and her darling boys were kind enough to go to the Rio Tinto night with me and my Family for Jay's work Party. The Kids had fun and were able to get a Soccer ball signed by the REAL Soccer team. They loved meeting the players and eating all they wanted and having fun!! Thanks for coming again Rachel. LOL

THE CHOSEN ONE!!!!!

So how do I even begin to update??? We went on a family camping trip in June for over a week- That was really fun!!

We were able to get most of the house re-painted and re-carpeted. All but my room. Well that will be fixed by this weekend... I hope!!

Last weekend The 24th of July We went to a REAL Soccer Game. They WON!!! 4-2. Then afterwards they had Fireworks!! My kids LOVED it!!

We have had a normal summer this year. HOT as usual, and not enough time to much of anything. The kids will be going back to school in another month- I just finished most of their school shopping- Thanks to my Mom for helping me!! I probably dragged her to every store I could- sorry Mom.

While my Mom was here- Kazia wanted a bite of her Ice- Cream- but she had not eaten her dinner- so my Mom told her to finish her dinner first. To which Kazia replied:::: But Grandma I don't have to- I am the CHOSEN ONE!!. Ha Ha ha. We got quite the laugh!! ( no more Buffy the Vampire Slayer for her) HA HA HA.

It feels so good to have spring here!! We were able to get the yard (the front at least) cleaned up from winter. It feels so good to have the grass mowed, and see the tulips bloom.
I hope that spring sticks around for a while( with all the showers)

Have you ever had one of those days that all you hear is fighting and whining?? WELL that is a daily occurrence in my home.
The other day Jay brought home an "easy button". And that paired up with duct tape ... well...
What more can I say??? "That was EASY!!!"

My last day at work was on Friday!! Yeah!! I am now enjoying A week off!! I can hardly handle it!! I do start my new job on Saturday!! Yeah!! I am really excited to start. I will be so close to home and I love what I am doing!
I will miss you guys at Sandy Regional!! especially those that I have worked with and have become friends with. Thanks Elaine- Ashley- Debbie!! I love you all and we will always stay in touch!! I will MISS you!!

WOW!! What else can I say???

The story: Last year we went to Colorado to visit my sister. On the way we stopped at the Vernal Temple. Beautiful huh??

Well anyway- Jay (my sweet husband) Lost his Gold Wedding Ring somewhere on the Temple grounds. So I told him that for our anniversary that I would buy him a new one.
So on our Anniversary- we ended up in the Hospital- not at the Ring store. But as soon as Jay was better- we did find him a ring. But it was silver. He said we didn't match. ( my ring was Gold)

So last night he bought me a New one- And it's silver like his and oh so Beautiful!!!! I love it- and him so much!! AND now we match!!

WOW!! Can you really believe that it is a New Year already??? I am in shock!!
I had such and awesome year Last Year. I was really blessed. Thank you all for making my life more blessed each day. The family is doing fine- We are so blessed to still have Jay with us- we Love Him so very much!!
I am very thankful for ALL my wonderful Friends!! I have the best!!! And I think that I have the best Family also!!
I never have New Year's Resolutions- I seem to always break them before I even start. But I want to be a better Friend this year to everyone.

Well... Who went to see the Twilight movie??? AND what did ya 'all think????
I will tell you my thoughts on the movie.. Remember they are my thoughts..So I hope I don't offend anyone.
I really liked the movie.. not loved it. They could of done such a better job if a bigger production company did the movie. They were a low budget film company and it really shows. There were a lot of places in the movie that were "korny" and strange. But I still did like it.
So whats up with Jasper????
FYI::: Summit announced last weekend that the sequel :New Moon: will start production shortly. Hopefully they made a ton off Twilight to make the next better.???
So tell me what ya'all thought?????

WE finally got Kazia out of her Crib. By By Crib!!!!

And she finally got her New bed!!! Ya bed!!! She absolutely loves her bed and Bailey's too. Everything is great until we get them into bed for the night. That's when the trouble starts. Now she can get herself up and she sneaks out all the time. We find her all over the place. My favorite is in the boys' room playing on their bed while they are asleep. Silly Girl!!

So, all I have to say to thoes that are bugging me to update.....I'm doing it already...geezh!

I Have finished my CNA and Phlebotomy classes!! Yeah!! I am going to be taking the State test next Friday morning.. Yeah!! I also started working at Sandy Regional. I like it there, I work the Night 10pm- 6am shift. It allows me to be home with my family.
I haven't seen any of my friends for such a long time- I am going through withdrawls..So Saturday night's party will be fun!!
If it sounds like I am babbling, I probably am. I haven't got much sleep today and I am due back to work tonight. You gotta love them kids that will not allow any one to sleep.
( that would be my kids)
There has been so much going on in our family that updating will take forever. SOO I will save everyone the drama and just try to post every week or so.
Thank you to everyone who has helped me with my crazy schedule in September. I love ya all!!!!

Well these last few days in School have been going great. I do have a LOT of homework and reading..etc... But I like it and I really do hope that it works out. Well... I like ALMOST all of it, They really could have left out the Open Heart Bypass Surgery... But now I am ok with it.... I am told that better things are to come.
The other day, Zach was in time out feeling sad. Zia came up to him and said
" It's ok Zachy, just go poop and you'll feel better"
I am still laughing about that!!!
I guess we need to remember what to do to feel better.... LOL

Well in about 2 hours, I am leaving to go to school. Yikes..I am afraid. Well to clarify things, I am going back to get my Nurses Degree. I am starting CNA and Phlebotomy tonight. And then I am going to get a job and then do more school. I am hoping to be able to get a job at the new Hospital by my house that they are building. I think it will be great, I am excited, But I am going to miss my kids and being a say at home Mom. I haven't been out for a while, so I hope that I do ok. Wish me luck!!

A NEW supermarket opened near my house.

This supermarket had an automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh. Just before it goes on, you hear the sound of distant thunder and the smell of fresh rain.

When you pass the milk cases, you hear cows mooing and you experience the scent of freshly mowed hay.

In the meat department there is the aroma of grilled steaks with onions.

When you approach the egg case, you hear hens cluck and cackle and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying.

The bred department features the tantalizing smell of fresh baked bread and Chocolate chip cookies.

Needless to say, I don't buy toilet paper there any more.

I saw this in an ad and I couldn't resist sharing with you all. LOL

Lost Teeth And Bike Riding! Oh My!!

Braxton lost his two front teeth within a week. Now he can really sing "All I Want For Christmas Is my 2 Front Teeth". Ha ha
Braxton FINALLY got over his being afraid of riding his bike. When he figured it out- He kept going...And going...And going. He'll be a pro soon enough. And just in time to get a bigger bike.

St. George Temple

So, Have ya had one of them days that you feel like both frustrated ... and very blessed???? I did today...
My Zia is doing so well at being Potty Trained!! Yeah!!! The part that gets me every time is that she thinks that she has to do EVERYTHING by herself! Which includes flushing half the roll of toilet paper down the toilet.....only to almost flood it and me trying to get it plunged while she wants to play in the water..ARGHHHHH!!!!
So after I get that mess cleaned up and Zia bathed.. ( here comes the blessed part)
I started to cough and lose my breath and the whole time my Sweet Zia is rubbing my leg and saying" It's ok mommy, It's ok. I love you Mommy!!" Of course she had totally been forgiven of all crimes. (Today)
